    Some interesting observations are made on the Rochford Independent Facebook page regarding the Rochford District Council Review Committee: Are ALL Conservative Councillors really fully supporting the working of the Council's Review Committee which is chaired by Opposition Members, Michael Hoy and, by a certain chance of fate, Tracy Capon as vice chair? Or is the model for a Review Committee flawed because Conservative Back Benchers do not wish to really question the Conservative Cabinet?
